346 HRIS Business Data Analyst (Contract to Hire potential)

Position will be pulling employee data from Workday, Tableau, and others systems to create reports to identify things like; time to fill, how long a position has been open, employees in a role, tenure and other employee data metrics.  Candidate will need to be very well versed in pivot tables, formulas, and vlookups. And also be able to create reports like pie charts and bar chart to paint a picture of that data to Management.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree required 
  • A minimum of 3 years of data analysis and reporting experience 
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite. Advanced Excel (formulas, macros, pivot tables) and PowerPoint skills required. 
  • Proven ability to manipulate large amounts of data quickly and accurately.
  • Highly analytical with a proven ability to translate data analysis and research findings into easy to understand summaries and actionable recommendations
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly-matrixed corporate environment
  • Proven ability to handle large amounts of confidential information
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills; ability to influence, communicate and interact with HR teams and leadership
  • Takes ownership of problems and uses initiative to follow up and further investigate any issues
