351 Sr. Programmer Analyst / Web Developer (FTE)
These business critical systems are built upon C# and VB.Net technologies and include HTML5, REST Based Services and Service Stack, WPF, WCF Services, and Windows Forms presentation patterns.
- Five plus years of experience in a software development role, with at least 2 focused in a Web based development role
- The potential to serve as both a mentor to others, a partner in strategy development with our lead Architect, as well as the ability to play any role on a team when needed to drive IT values
- Passionate about emerging technologies and also in driving implementation of these shared best practices and coding standards within the team and organization
- The ability to communicate easily and effectively to a wide variety of business sponsors, product owners, and team members at different levels of technology understanding
- Experience with Visual Studio .net and JavaScript
- Understanding of object oriented analysis, design and development using languages such as: C#, VB.NET, C ++ ,or Java
- Strong knowledge of the .net frameworks
- Experience in GUI development using HTML5/HTML and CSS3/CSS, XAML (Silverlight or WPF) and Windows Forms
- Experience with RPC and / or Rest based web services
- Knowledge of coding and tuning SQL Server stored procedures
- Working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, SQL, or Oracle)
- Experience with T-SQL
- Deep understanding of software engineering disciplines including data modeling, UML, and test plan design
- Strong desire to keep up with emerging technologies in software development
- Desire to work as a team member and closely with other team members following Agile methodologies
- Experience developing with UI patterns such as MVVM or MVP / MVC
- Experience with LINQ, Lambda Expressions and Entity Framework
- Experience with WCF Services
- p;Experience with AngularJS or similar frameworks
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with composite UI patterns such as PRISM or CAB
- Undergraduate degree in business administration, computer science/software engineering, or equivalent work experience.
