SynerTech has a variety of contract positions available on either a W2 or 1099 basis. Our contract assignments generally run a year plus and are project focused. It is common for our clients to extend contract positions to longer terms.


Contract-to-hire assignments give you and a potential employer the opportunity for a “trial period” to ensure you enjoy the work and company culture while the company evaluates whether your skills are a good fit to fill their needs. During this temporary “trial” period, you are eligible for benefits offered through SynerTech.

Direct Hire

When you work with SynerTech on a direct hire situation, we match your desired career to the opportunities available. We ensure that our candidates find a good cultural fit that will allow them to leverage their technical skills and experience. Direct hires become employees of the hiring company.
