326 Operations Analyst

The operations analyst is a key member of the operations team supporting data management, client reporting, sales processes, and problem resolution. This person will work closely with the Sales Effectiveness Manager and the operations team to ensure integrity of the data systems.  Operations Analyst can expect to focus their work in the following areas: The Operations Analyst position typically requires the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university 
  •  A friendly professional demeanor and ability to excel in a team oriented environment
  • Strong analytical and data modeling skills; able to collect and analyze business information and draw accurate conclusions
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel (vlookups, concatenate, pivot tables, data manipulation, etc.); Basic VB knowledge preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  • Project Management skills with ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred Knowledge in the Following Areas/Tools 

  • CRM: Salesforce.com, SyncFrog 
  • Reporting: Expert skills in Excel, PowerPoint 
  • Financial: Budget analysis 
  • Process Improvement: Six Sigma
