338 UX Research Coordinator (Multiple spots - Contract)
- Will be working for with researchers to help coordinate User Experience initiatives.
- 20-25% of their time will be spent emailing customers and scheduling demos.
- Help to identify the findings, feedback and improvements from demos.
- So the resource will need to have a good academic understanding of User Experience.
- Also need a strong writer so someone who has a major or minor in English or writing background is a plus.
- The writing style will need to be more creative than Technical like experience writing a blog.
- Another plus is video editing as each session will be recorded and this person may be called on to pull out some content from the sessions to create a highlight reel.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, psychology, or in a discipline that involves communication and or research (communications, English, sociology, anthropology, economics, etc.) although degrees in other disciplines are welcome to apply.
