Sr. Project Manager
  • University degree in Business, IT or equivalent experience
  • Global Exposure
  • Large complex implementation
  • Project budgets >$5mm
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to manage multiple project towers
  • Experience working with a geographically distributed team
  • Gathering and updating project materials, completing budgeting, forecasting, project documentation, business flows, and lessons learned documents
  • Risk/Issues management
  • Possess state-of-the-art knowledge of related technologies and project management processes and practices
  • Solid business acumen. (This is both a business and technology project).
  • Recognizes wider business implications of decisions/actions.
  • Change Management exposure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate at all levels within the organization. Usual PM monitoring and controlling abilities.
  • Ability to quickly build relationships at all levels and cross-functional/platform
  • Negotiation, facilitation, stakeholder management
  • Strategic thinking / conceptual thinking
  • A strong command of project management methods, business analysis, and work planning
  • Some possibility for global travel (5%)
